SHIPPING POLICY
"Continental United States" in this policy excludes U.S. territories such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Under normal circumstances all regular and complete orders are processed within 3 business days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping is NOT offered on items that are sold at a discounted price and/or marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale".
Free 3 day shipping within the Continental United States** is offered on items that are sold at MSRP.
Orders shipped within the Continental United States**, using the FREE shipping option, are shipped with UPS ground and the estimated average delivery time after processing is 3 business days.
For expedited shipping within the Continental United States** please select UPS Next Day Air®. Expedited shipping within the Continental United States** is offered at a discounted rate that is calculated at checkout.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the above describe processing and shipping times. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
APO/FPO addresses

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to Canada is offered at a discounted flat rate and depends on the weight of the order.
International shipping / shipping outside the Continental United States* (except Canada, see above) is offered at a discounted rate, calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Gilner Farrar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Gilner Farrar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
